Terms:
- Prepayment is required unless an account has been set up.
- A signed acknowledgment with a 25% deposit is required when ordering.
- Overdue accounts are subject to a 2% per month service charge.
- A $200 charge will be assessed on orders totaling less than a full truck load.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- Funds may be transfered electronically to our bank. Please call for information.
Warranty:
- We strive to produce the best quality product and ship it in a timely manner for best survival and growth. Purchaser must accept shipment as soon as the plants are dug.
- We ship the true variety of plant ordered in a good viable condition and no other warranty shall be implied.
Claims:
- Note any claims on the bill of lading when received and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Losses incurred in transit must be filed directly with the carrier.
- We cannot accept claims once care of the product has been transferred to the purchaser.
Discounts:
- 10% for prepayment before March 1st.
- 5% for prepayment after March 1st and before shipping.
- 10% for #2 grade, 15% for park grade.
